This study was conducted to thirty (30) grade 9 students of Bloomingfields Academy Foundation Inc, which
main goal to determine the effects of social media to the physical, emotional aspects. The researchers
conducted a survey sheets as their instrument to identify the effects of social media to the grade 9 students
of Bloomingfields Academy Foundation Inc., The researchers used percentage and frequency to answer

1.1 OBJECTIVES

The main goal of this study is to know the effects of social media to the students when
it comes to their physical, emotional and social aspect of the students. Also this study
aims to know on which among the three aspect is the most affected in using social
media and determine if is it positive or negative And lastly this study want to know
on how social media change one’s lifestyle. (TWO COLLUMS)

2.1 Participants

The participants of this study consist of 5 boys and 5 girls in each section of grade 9
students of Bloomingfields Academy Foundation Inc. Overall this study will use 20
participants.

2.2 Variables

The effects of social media vary according to how much time they consume for it.
Therefore, the usage of social media has different effects on the aspects of every
individual such as physical, emotional, and social. The researchers made use of
survey sheets to determine the effects of social media to the grade 9 students of
Bloomingfiels Academy Foundation, Inc. Each participants will be given a
questionnaire consisting fifteen (15) items. The participants will answer each item by
choosing “Yes” for column number one and “No” for column number two, the items
