PRE-ARRANGED JOBS
W e e k N o. 26
(June 26, 2017 - July 02, 2017)
Print Date & Time: 06-22-17 10:01 AM
1. Pre-arranged circuit interruption must be limited to once in fifteen (15) days. Momentary interruptions not
exceeding thirty (30) minutes are not counted.
2. Request for interruption with customers affected shall not exceed five (5) hour duration. Any request
exceeding five hours shall require the approval of Requesting Office's Distribution Head.
3. Observe on-time submission of original copy of RPJ (3 copies). Deadline for submission is every 4:00 PM of
Monday for jobs covering Monday to Sunday of a next succeeding week. Late submission would mean resetting
of the job for another week. Sending copy of RPJ through fax will only serve as an advance notice to OPU but it
is not a means of beating the deadline. It is therefore suggested that requesting party shall prepare their RPJ
earlier and submit to OPU on time. No original copy of RPJ would mean non-inclusion of job in the final PAJ
summary.
4. For jobs falling under the category of 'hazardous' request, Requesting Office shall see to it that RPJ are in the
custody of Operations Planning not beyond 1400H of the day immediately before the interruption. For those
falling under the category of 'urgent' request, RPJ should be submitted at least three (3) days before the
interruption. RPJ submitted beyond these time frames will be reset in order to meet the said time frame. This is
to provide us sufficient time to analyze and prepare a job summary for the said job and for Call Center to make
proper advisory if there are affected customers. For purposes of clarification, 'urgent' and 'hazardous' request is
defined below:
'Hazardous' conditions are any abnormalities on line or equipment that may endanger life or property and has to
be corrected within forty eight (48) hours
'Urgent' conditions are those abnormalities that need to be corrected or management initiated projects which
need to be executed within seven (7) days
5. Advanced copy is available every Tuesday and the final copy every Thursday. The final copy includes the
corrections/revisions and additional jobs (in blue fonts) covered by the pre-arranged job week. For more
inquiries, contact us at locals 6457 and 6772. However, Operations Planning will not entertain inquiries if the
subject of the inquiry is only the schedule of the job. It is our intent that all requesting parties should read and
verify their schedules through this Pre-Arranged Job Summary.
6. Heads with access to e-mail should provide copy of Job Summary to all supervisors directly involved to
countercheck their schedule with the Pre-Arranged Job Summary as well as the accuracy of the Job Summary
involving their job. Operations Planning will not be liable for cancellation of jobs on the date of interruption
due to inaccurate request or for failure to verify the schedule in the Final copy of the Pre-Arranged Job
Summary.
7. For all PAJs which will affect the station service transformer, the requesting party shall specifically indicate
it in their submitted RPJs.
8. This PAJ summary does not include Additional PAJs which may be accommodated and scheduled within the
same week. Instead, Lotus Notes Advisories will be sent to involved offices regarding these additional PAJs.
9. Any caution request by performing crew relative to a PAJ shall be made to Delta by the former before the
start of the job.
10. Any scheduled job maybe cancelled or modified as needed and involved offices will be properly advised.
