TerMr and Condition:

1. The contract rates are inclusive of prevailing government tax & service charge, currently at 21%
2. Daily buffet breakfast for maximum 2 person
3. Additional breakfast will be based on Restaurant Pricing
4. Extra Bed will be charged at Rp 250.000 net/room/night inclusive of 1 breakfast.
5. The above rates are valid for maximum 2 persons in 1 room.
6. The Rate is valid for this occasion only; normal rate will apply for the next event until you made
a corporate rate.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

• Normal Check In time is: 14.00 hrs while the checkout time is: 12.00 noon.
• Early check-in or late check-out is NOT guaranteed, based on hotel room availability.
• Extended check out time after 12.00 noon and up to 18.00 hours will be charge at additional
50 % of the room rate.
• Extended check out time after 18.00 hours will charge at additional 100 % of room rate
• Our policy is that all charges must be settled upon departure for all guest room and incidentals.
• Kindly advise that our front office staff will ask for guaranteed amount of deposit during your check
in for any incidentals charges. All major credit cards are accepted in our hotel for this purpose.
• All payment to be made in US Dollar or Rupiah, US Dollar rate is converted to Rupiah at the
prevailing exchange rate, unless other agreement has been approved by both sides.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should a cancellation occur after the group is confirmed, a cancellation fee from the estimated
total cost will be applicable as follows :
After confirmation : 25%
1 week prior to the event : 50%
3 days prior to the event : 100%
