MEMORANDUM OF ORAL FAMILY SETTLEMENT

This Memorandum of Oral Family Settlement is made on this ______________` among :

1. Mrs Neera Mehrotra Wife of Late Kailash Nath Mehrotra Resident of L 1 /46 Sector B
Aliganj Lucknow, hereafter referred as the First Party.
2. Mrs. Shalini Khatri W/O Mr Rajesh Khatri and Daughter of Late Kailash Nath Mehrotra,
Resident of F-146, South City, Raibareilly Road, Lucknow, hereafter referred as the
Second Party.
3. Monika Tandon Wife of Mr Pramod Kumar Tandon and Daughter of Late Kailash Nath
Mehrotra Resident of 510-213-6, V S Ram Marg New Hyderabad, Lucknow, hereafter
referred as Third Party.
4. Mr Ankit Mehrotra S/o Late Kailash Nath Mehrotra Resident of L 1/46 Sector B Aliganj
Lucknow, hereafter referred as the Fourth Party.

Whereas, the husband of the first party and father of second, third and fourth parties namely Kailash
Nath Mehrotra was the owner in possession of a house bearing no. L 1/46, Sector B Aliganj Lucknow
having Ground Floor and First Floor. Since (Late) Kailash Nath Mehrotra expired intestate on …. ……………
as such, the above four parties have become co-owners of said property with equal share of 25% of each.

And whereas, the First Party and Third Party are in possession of Ground Floor and Second Party and
Fourth Party are in possession of First Floor.

And whereas, on____________, an oral family settlement was arrived at among the parties to this
memorandum through which, the First Party has relinquished her share of 25% in said property in favour
of the Third party leaving Third Party owner of 50% share in the property.

NOW, THEREFORE, THIS MEMORANDUM OF ORAL FAMILY SETTLEMENT WITNESSES AS UNDER:

1. That the First Party relinquish her part of 25% in favour of Third Party making her owner of
50% share.

2. That all parties have partitioned their house L 1/46 Sector B Aliganj Lucknow in two portions
viz Ground Floor known as portion A and First Floor known as portion B.

3. That Third Party alognwith First Party will continue the possession of Ground Floor known as
Portion A and the Second and Fourth Party will continue the possession and ownership of First
Floor known as Portion B.

4. That this Memorandum of Oral Family Settlement is being prepared in four sets and all the four
parties shall have each of them for the purposes of their records.

In witness whereof, the parties have signed and executed this Memorandum of Oral Family Settlement
