The Debtor does not believe it owns or possesses any real or personal
property that poses or is alleged to pose a threat of imminent and identifiable
harm to the public health or safety. To the extent the Debtor has an interest in
such property, to the best of the Debtor’s knowledge, the Debtor is in compliance
with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, all environmental laws and
regulations.
