Good day to you Gov.!

I am writing this letter request to your good office for the reason that, I am planning to apply for a new
Commercial Sand and Gravel (CSAG) Permit areas located in Barangay Nabag-o, Valecia City,
Bukidnon.

During the recent information regarding the infrastructure project implementation from the DPWH office,
I have personally discovered that we need more Sand and Gravel aggregates for the said projects.

In lieu with this, I respectfully asking for your approval regarding my request to allow me to process new
application for new CSAG permit areas on the above cited location.

Your favorable consideration will be of big help in achieving the goals and development in the Province
of Bukidnon.
