the SELLER, the SELLER hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS, AND CONVEYS unto and in favor of
the BUYER, its assigns and sucessors-in-interest, the above-described vehicle, free and clear
of all liens and encumbrances.

Henceforth, full right of ownership and possession over the vehicle shall pertain to the
BUYER. Upon receipt of the vehicle, BUYER shall assume full responsibility and liability for the
possession and use of the vehicle and the BUYER thus hereby unconditionally holds the
SELLER, its assigns, officers, employees and/or representatives, completely free and harmless
from any claim, demand, cause of action, damages, or liabilities of any nature whatsoever, by
any third party related in any way to or arising out of or by reason of the possession and use of
the vehicle by the BUYER.
