First at all, give thanks for God’s love and grace for us.

Thanks to God for helping me and give me chance to finish this assighment
timely. And I would like to say thank you to Mr. Priyo Widodo as the lecturer
that always teaches us and give much knowledge about how to practice English
well.

This assighment is the one of English task that composed of Maintain Body
Healthy by Healthy Dietary Habit. I realized this assighment is not perfect.
But I hope it can be useful for us. Critics and suggestion is needed here to make

PRELIMINARY

1.1 Background
Healthy is the most important thing in life. Because if we are sick, we will be difficult
to do anything. Therefore we will tell you about how to maintain your body healthy. There
are several factors that affect body health, one of them is foods. Foods is the most important
thing in maintain body healthy because in the foods, we will be found many nutrition that can
be help us to maintain our body healthy.

1.2 Purpose
The main purpose of making this paper is How to Maintain Our Body Healthy by Our
Daily Dietary Habit.

2.1 Understanding of healthy


Healthy is a stable or general condition in the body and soul coordination system of
the normal average. Healthy be divided into two type, that is physical health and spiritual
health. Physical health is a condition in which the coordination of human organs in a stable or
normal state. While spiritual health is an inner state that is always in a state of calm, safe and
peaceful

2.2 Benefit of Healthy


1) Making performance the body to be maximum, whether in the sector of work
or otherwise.

2) making life more comfortable because there are no complaints in the body.

3) Healthy make people more freely moving in accordance with what they want.

4) Making us save on health expenses. because if we are sick, a lot of costs that
we will use for the healing process.

2.3 Methods of body healthy
To maintain good health of the body then the diet should be good too, intake of
incoming foods will be managed by the body. So, that if the food intake is good, it will be
good also for the body. However, if otherwise can make the body become easily sick.

There are several ways to maintain a healthy body :

1) Set hours to eat


Eating at regular times becomes an important part of a healthy diet. For
example breakfast at 08.00 am,
lunch at 13.00 pm and dinner at
19.00 pm. Not only good for
healthy, having a regular eating
schedule also indirectly will make
the schedule of other activities
become more organized. In this
way life will also be better, Avoid
dinner over at 20.00 to avoid fat accumulation, and also do not sleep after
eating, for the digestive organs to work well.
2) Set portion of foods
Feeding the right food for the body can make the body healthy and strong.
From that thing, the portion of
consumption should not be
excessive. Consuming excessive
foods can make the body easy to be
exposed to obesity, so easy to invite
various diseases.

3) Fill the intake nutrients your body needs.
In performing activities, the body requires a variety of essential nutrient
intake, such as fiber foods, vitamins,
iron, carbohydrates, and others. So, it
can make the body more healthy and
strong.

4) Watch food hygiene.


Hygienic foods can make your body healthier, otherwise if the food is eaten
not hygienic, can make the body
susceptible to disease. For that in
maintaining health the body must be
maintained in terms of food hygiene.

5) Reduce consumption of junk food.


One of the foods that people should avoid for a healthy diet is junk food. But
unfortunately this food instead
became one of the most popular food
in the world. Junk food is not good
for health when consumed
continuously because in junk food
there are only a few nutrients that the
body needs. junk food also causes
effects such as fattening and causing disease.
