Elementary School Principal I with an item number ESP I-18-2005 in the division of Lanao del
Sur I.

My educational qualifications and experiences are as follows to wit;

1. I am a holder of a degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General

Education from Mindanao State University with a Master of Arts in Education from
Jamiatu Philippine Al-Islamia and extra units of Masters of Public Administration from
Mindanao State University.
2. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher who ranked Top 11 in the Licensure
Examination for Teachers given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
last September 25, 2011 at Cagayan de Oro City.
3. I am a passer of the Shariah Bar Examinations given by the Supreme Court last
January 19&26, 2014.
4. I have completed Massive Open Online Courses provided by the Harvard University
and the University of Michigan with the courses Leaders of Learning and Leading
Ambitious Teaching and Learning thru edX.
5. I was appointed as Elementary Grade Teacher I effective February 27, 2013.
6. I have attended various seminar workshops, service trainings, and conferences in
the district level, division level and national level during my years in service.
7. I am very active and supportive in all educational programs and projects designed for
school improvement and the acceleration of learning and positive changes in my
school and in the district.
