2. Successful implementation is officially broadcast by GT-NOC.

ABORT CRITERIA:
1. Site access due to Lessor Issue.
2. LTE-RAN site is down due to transport problem.
3. LTE-RAN site is running on back-up battery due to long commercial power outage.

REVERT CRITERIA:
1. Not all sectors are On-Air.
2. All sectors are On-Air but with service affecting alarms.
