Looc, Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, ANDRESA
HINLAS TAMBOY, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of Brgy. Looc, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place, and
stead, to do and perform any and all of the following acts and things, namely:

1. To represent me in the Settlement of Estate of my late father Macario Hinlas,

and to sign any documents in relation thereto;

2. To apply and claim for my Tax Identification Number (TIN) with the Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR), Maasin City;

3. To make, sign and execute any paper, document and other necessary instrument
in relation thereto;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
