Ladies and Gentlemen, Good Evening.

It has been a very fascinating and indulging day as distinguished legal luminaries of this country have graced
this important event.

It is indeed a matter of privilege to propose a vote of thanks on this historic occasion.

The very presence of our alumni Professor B C Nirmal ji in today’s seminar despite his extremely busy
schedule is a reflection of his love and affection towards this faculty. We are all inspired by your gracious
presence and great words, Sir.

I, on behalf of the Law School, BHU , and on my own behalf extend to you a very hearty vote of thanks and
benevolence for gracing the function and sharing with this august audience your views on this moot
competition.

I am also very grateful to our Chief guest, Mr. P.K. Shahi ji, who has been kind enough to bless us with his
gracious presence. We are greatly encouraged by his words and immensely benefitted from his views.
I also wish to express my deep sense of gratitude to Guest of honour, Prof. J.K Das ji, for his gracious
presence and for sharing his invaluable insights in this session.
A big thank you to our Dean, Professor R. P Rai ji, for conceptualizing the idea of this competition. He has
been a constant source of inspiration in all the faculty activities including the present event.
I am very thankful to Organizing Secretary Dr. N.K. Mishra, who has given his all-round support from the
very first day of the idea of this event and allowed us to do things in free environment and effective manner.
I record our sincere thanks to the organizing secretary, Dr. Anil Kumar Maurya, for prefect logistic support
and cooperation he has extended to all of us and making the things happen. He has worked hard day and
night hard for making things happen in this form.

Its not only me but the whole team working behind curtain to make this event a success. We are backed by
the team of very motivated, enthusiastic dedicated colleagues, research scholar, students and non teaching
staff without their support we could not imagine to organise this event. So it is my bounden duty to
acknowledge their cooperation and support in organizing this event.
I especially thank to Dr. Pradeep Kumar and Dr. Raju Majhi who have provided excellent accommodation
and transportation facilities to the guests as well as participants.
The cerimony is incomplete without coherent anchoring; I record my gratitude to Masters of ceremony Ms.
Shruti Mani Tripathi and Mr. Ankur Bhatt.
I thank all the volunteers and non teaching staff who continuously worked behind the curtain and make this
event a huge success.
Last but not the least, I would like to thank all the participants who have ome from different law schools and
have put their hardwork and efforts to make this event a grand success.Winner or not,today everyone who
participated , had an experience in mooting andcourt craft which they shall cherish in their days to come.I
wish them good luck for their future professional lives.
