Terms and Conditions:


1. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. We must receive the balance by the due date indicated or contract is null and void and deposit is non-refunded.
3. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes on CATERING, MOBILE BAR, FOOD BARS, DESSERTS, STYLING, OR
PACKAGE. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
4. Delivery charge is depends on the location of venue unless it’s stated FREE.
5. DAMAGE OR STOLEN EQUIPMENT In the event that the equipment of the CATERING/MOBILE BAR/FOOD BARS/DESSERT BUFFET is
damaged due to the guest misuse or stolen, the client agrees to pay for all repair costs up to and including full replacement if
applicable.
6. In order to ensure a successful event, it is necessary that CATERING/MOBILE BAR/FOOD BARS/DESSERT BUFFET be set up properly, we
therefore require access to the desired setup area at least 1-3 hours prior to the beginning of the event. We also require 1 hour after
the conclusion of the event to disassemble and clean up and take down the Food Bar.
7. You agree to pay in full the balance of the buffet service and rental fees, and any other additional option cost agreed upon. The balance
must be paid 14 days prior to the date of your scheduled event. If the balance is not paid by this date we cannot guarantee your event
time and the contract will become null and void and you will forfeit your deposit.
8. CATERING/MOBILE BAR/FOOD BARS/DESSERT BUFFET includes the following services: 1. Consultation with us so that we may create
your CATERING/MOBILE BAR/FOOD BARS/DESSERT BUFFET to achieve the look you like. 2. Submit to you a list of MENU, which you can
choose from and/or upgrade for your CATERING/MOBILE BAR/FOOD BARS/DESSERT BUFFET. 3. Set-up the CATERING/MOBILE
BAR/FOOD BARS/DESSERT BUFFET at the desired location at your event. 4. Disassemble the CATERING/MOBILE BAR/FOOD
BARS/DESSERT BUFFET EQUIPMENT and its cleanup. 5. Packaging of all leftover foods for you to take home.
9. ANGELITAS EVENTS MANAGEMENT is not liable at in any cause or liability of its Tie-Up Partner or any other suppliers resulting of their
Negligence, Time Management, Actions and any other act that will effect on the said events and also with the clients.
10. Client agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all claims arising out of the use of the CATERING/MOBILE BAR/FOOD
BARS/DESSERT BUFFET or its attendants. ANGELITAS EVENTS MANAGEMENT will not be liable for any injury, allergic reaction, loss or
damage directly or consequently arising out of the use rental of the catering, mobile bar, desserts buffet and food bars. Client
indemnify. ANGELITAS EVENTS MANAGEMENT Needs harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, costs, damages and liability
including attorney fees and court cost arising out in connections with or resulting from the services of ANGELITAS EVENTS
MANAGEMENT By signing I agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement. The information requested above on the order form
has been reviewed for accuracy. Furthermore, I understand that ANGELITAS EVENTS MANAGEMENT will secure my date in their
event book after the contract has been signed and retainer/down payment has been received.
