A plain CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis was performed with special attention to the kidneys,
ureters, and urinary bladder.

Status post right nephrectomy noted with surgical sutures seen in the right renal fossa. No abnormal
soft tissue is seen in the surgical bed in this plain study. The left kidney shows compensatory
hypertrophy and appears enlarged and measures 12.4 x 4.9 cm in the sagittal plane and appears
normal in size and shape without any evidence of radiodense calculus or focal lesion in this
plain study.

The liver appears normal in size and shows tiny less than 3 mm sized calcific foci in the segment 6 of
the liver in the subcapsular location. The gallbladder, CBD and the rest of the biliary tree appear
normal.

The pancreas, spleen, splenic vein and both the adrenals glands appear normal.

The stomach, duodenum, small and the large bowel loops appear normal.

No ascites is seen. Multiple small sized mesenteric, retroperitoneal, and ileocolic junction lymph
nodes are seen, which are likely reactive in nature

The visualized lungs and the bones are normal.

Remarks:

Mr. Lad has history of right nephrectomy done. Status post right nephrectomy noted with surgical
clips noted in the right renal fossa and no abnormal soft tissue in this plain study. Compensatory
hypertrophy of the left kidney is seen which is however normal in this plain study.

A tiny subcapsular calcified granuloma is seen in the segment 6 of the live as described. The rest of
the scan features are as described.
