FEW RECOMMENDED TRAITS

Based on our past experiences, it is our responsibility to submit to and

live our lives through and by Biblical MORALS (principles of right and

wrong behaviour), VALUES (principles or standards of behaviour),

PRINCIPLES (rules or belief governing a behavior) and VIRTUES

(behaviour demonstrating high moral standards) that we shall

adopt as our core personal values.
BEHAVIOUR: a way in which one acts or conducts himself especially

towards others.

CHARACTER: mental and moral qualities distinctive (characteristic

of one person that distinguishes him from others) to an

individual.

ATTRIBUTES: a quality or feature regarded as a characteristic or

inherent (existing in something as a permanent, essential, or

characteristic attribute) part of someone or something.

All these shape the character of man as per the Will of God upon the
person whom God desires to use, they identify the kind of persons we are,
our identity, how we grew up, our environmental background & home
background. The bottom line is that we are to desire and learn to conform
and be in the likeness of the attributes of God as our heavenly Father:

 PERSONAL TRAITS

CHRISTIANITY/SPIRITUALITY: Strong belief in Christ, living our lives under

the guidance and leadership of the Holy Spirit and by the Word of God.
Always put God first above everything, we have the Spirit of sonship in
us crying out ABBA Father, we shall walk in the Spirit at all times, we
shall submit to the righteousness and holiness of God and let Christ be in
total control of all that we are in the Lord.
HUMILITY: It is scriptural of us to have humility of the Lord for it is
written: the Lord gives grace to the humble. Humility is having a poor,
afflicted, meek (quiet and gentle), needy, lowly (low degree), weak,
those in lower walks if life, lowliness of the mind, humble opinions about
yourself down to earth irrespective of what we have or where we stay, we
never look down upon other people.

CONTRITE SPIRIT: We are stricken ((troubled, tormented, disturbed,

traumatized, afflicted, suffering), smitten (strike with blow;

attack, or affected severely), dejected (unhappy, disappointed,

miserable, depressed)), we fear the Lord and we tremble [fearful,

afraid, reverential] at His Word.

LOYALTY: Devoted attachment, commitment, dedication and caring first

to and for the Lord then to each other, family, calling and the Will of God
upon our lives, or something, to be there for each other in good and bad
times as well as for the families, those that we love if we have ways and
means and if the Lord permits it
PROTECTIVE: Protective of each other against dangers, friends, family,
business, elements of this life or world and anything that rises against us.
Protection of the possessions that God has granted us to keep and

manage, we protect each other by not discussing each other to family
members as it takes away or destroys dignity of either one of us or our
marriage.
INTEGRITY: We possess the quality of honesty not only infront of each
other but even behind each others back, have and keep strong moral
principles. We strive to do right things in reliable and honest ways while
keeping strong moral principles in the process which we often refuse to
change for anyone. Our determination in this area is not to lower our
standards for anyone and for anything.
INTELLIGENCE: This is a trait that we must keep and maintain all the time

through reading or being curious of things that build and shape our minds
and our mentality. Intelligence with sound reasoning or thoughts,
understanding, knowledge, wisdom, etc. all encompass intelligence and
that is how our God is.
FRAGILE/VULNERABLE: We may seem to be showing element of being
strong in most cases but inside we are so easily breakable, our hearts are
so delicate, we get hurt so easily and often when we are in that state, we
fail to realise how sinking we are into darkness. This is a weakness and
it has to be addressed for we are now one no more two.
EMOTIONAL REACTIONS: We are intimately aware of our thoughts, our
feelings, hopes, dreams, fears, etc. We have a tendency to respond
emotionally to certain events though in our spirit we know what negative
or unscriptural thoughts may lead to and what spirit is behind such
thoughts. Bible tells us to cast out strongholds of the mind and it is not
biblical to make decisions based on emotions. This in many instances
affects our ability to think clearly or cope with stresses and opens a door
for attack by the enemy.

 PROFESSIONAL RELATED TRAITS

DEDICATION/COMPOSURE/GOAL ORIENTED: We are perfectionists and we

ceaselessly work towards perfectionism in everything that we put our
minds to. We always keeping in our minds that we are born in the likeness
of Godhead hence we only strive to walk worthy of the Lord, we fully
please the Lord in all that we do and this forces us to come to the
knowledge and understanding that nothing good dwells in us. If so, then
we can only abide in the vine where it is only Jesus that shall make us
bear fruit. It is our responsibility to focus even on smallest details, we
never, never give up.
PROFESSIONALISM: Due to focused vision and composure we possess, we
always focus on and are goal oriented, we are strict in adhering to
responsibilities, honesty, policies, etc. especially when dealing with
businesses, individuals or work related matters. We apply zero tolerance
to all evil ways or corruption which is why we replace whatever we had
in our hearts with Jesus, He becomes the treasure of our hearts for where
our treasure is, there our heart shall be as well. Hence we never set our
minds on things of this world or worldly circumstances which all have or
reflect false wisdom but we set our minds above where Christ is seated at
the right hand of God for our lives are with Him and hidden in Him. We
seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness for we know and we
believe that all other things, our desires shall be added unto us by grace.
PUNCTUAL: Bible tells us to redeem time for days are evil. We conduct or
perform all things at agreed time frames, strictly observant on time-
keeping for many things including projects have failed due to failure in
keeping time or staying withing time frames of such projects and this trait
has a potential of incurring too much costs. Punctuality is one of the best
medicines for success or prosperity and time wasted never returns but
rather is lost forever.

CHARACTER DRIVEN: We always willingly and wholeheartedly
demonstrate preparedness to work hard but resting in the Lord on
achieving and fulfilling His Will, His plans and counsels here on earth
and grace of God in return greately rewards us with our needs and desires
in abundance as we continue to keep our eyes focused in the Lord. We do
not get carried away by the blessings that the Lord bestows upon us, we
do not let them shift our focus in the Lord, we are always open-minded
often all the time.
SOCIAL LEVEL: We have compassion, love and concerns for the happiness
of other people, our brethren but we also have a healthy sense of
uncertainty (state of being uncertain, not able to be relied on) and
strong firmness in being taken advantage of. We call a spade a spade and
we do not shy away from making those tough decisions that cannot
please everyone but still need to be made as long as we believe we are
making right decisions and the Spirit of the Lord is behind us or has
revealed to us to take such decisions.
INFLUENTIAL: We are influential leaders to the nations, by no doubt nor
reservations we are productive, effective and efficient in all things that
we put our minds and hearts to because we always perform as unto the
Lord. We conduct our own research for we have the mind and wisdom of
Christ and this helps us to know what needs to be done in advance and
puts us in positions of always being a step ahead of the enemy or
competition, willingness and ability to invent new things, introduce and
make brand-new strategies. Our determination must come across to
others and to the nations as influential judging by the support we receive
for we do things not on our own but we let demonstration of the Spirit
and Power for the kingdom of God is not in word but in Power.
LEADERSHIP: Taking leadership roles should be running in our system, our

inner-man for that is who God has made us to be. We are wonderfully and

fearlessly made or created so as to be inspirational to others that are
looking unto us. Leaders are born, we are the chosen of God, we are called
and we are the elect of God called here on earth as ambassadors and as
representatives of Christ to reconcile all things to Himself and to lead His
people from darkness to the light.
We must lead by example: Jesus came, He showed us leadership when
He took control of situations or circumstances infront of the face of the
enemy or darkness and gained victory, established grace and peace and
fulfilled law. So are we, we are called to bear His name, He paved the way
for us, we are leaders here on earth, we are to lead the blind to God, spread
and preach the gospel and Christ crucified, lead many to repentance. Jesus
made us kings and priests unto God, we are born of God leaders in
businesses, finances, we push back the kingdom of darkness back and
establish the kingdom of the light over that of the enemy.
The kingdom of heaven is within us, we only allow demonstration of
the Spirit and Power, knowing that the kingdom of God is in power hence
we are the leaders who daily demonstrate visible and tangible
FRUITFULNESS (bear fruits, branch off, make or cause to bear fruit,

show fruitfulness, bring forth, grow or increase), we MULTIPLY

(enlarge or increase exceedingly or abundantly, be in authority,

bring in abundance) wherever we go and wherever we are, we

REPLENISH (fill, fullness or abundance, accomplish or satisfy or

complete) the earth and SUBDUE it (bring into subjection or keep

under our control, we dominate, conquer): and as leaders of Christ,

we have DOMINION and we demonstrate dominionship (rule, tread

down, prevail against or reign) over every dead and living thing upon
the earth.

 CONCLUSION

Our goal is however to obtain the fullness of the stature of Christ. Our
CHARACTER: [our mental and moral qualities distinctive to each

individual or characteristic that distinguishes one from others] is

changed to Godly character by trials and tribulations that we go through
here on earth. It then is our responsibility to live by Biblical MORALS
[principles of right and wrong behaviour] that are a guideline in

setting up our own PRINCIPLES (rules or belief governing a behavior)

which govern our general BEHAVIOUR: [the way in which we act or

conduct ourselves especially towards each other or others] here

on earth. Out of our BEHAVIOUR we are then able to set ourselves VALUES
[principles or standards of behaviour] that we are to maintain hence
we always aim to have lives that demonstrate manifestation of Christ-
like VIRTUES [(behaviour demonstrating high moral standards)

that we shall adopt as our core personal values] which we adopt.

Grace of God has the final say in granting us the CHARACTER and the
ATTRIBUTES of God: a quality or feature regarded as a characteristic or
inherent (existing in something as a permanent, essential, or

characteristic attribute) part of God.

LORD FOR TO BRING DOWN HIS GLORY HERE UPON THE

EARTH
