Comes now, Petitioner, through the undersigned

counsel, unto this Honorable Office, most respectfully states
that:

1. Petitioner is Filipino, married, of legal age, and a resident

of ________________________, Davao City;

2. Petitioner is the transferee of a certain real property

covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
______________________ of the Register of Deeds
of Davao City;

3. Annotated on the said title is a two-year lien covered by

“Sec. 4, Rule 74, of the Rules of Court” which was
annotated on August 26, 2016, particularly:

Liabilities under Section 4, Rule 74: To

creditors, heirs and other persons unlawfully
deprived of participation int eh estate of the
deceased Mariel G. Iglesias as extrajudicially
settled for a period of two (2) years purusuat
to Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court.

4. The two (2)-year period provided for under Section 4,
Rule 74 for the filing of claims against the estate of the
 Petition for Cancellation of Encumbrance under

filed, thus the necessity of cancelling the said
annotation.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, and by virtue of the

provisions of LRC Circular No. 119, petitioner respectfully
prays for the cancellation of the annotation pertaining to Sec.
4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court on Transfer Certificate of
Title No. _____________, without any judicial
pronouncement.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
