WHY PARTICIPATE AS A SPONSOR?
• Demonstrate your company’s corporate standard of giving. In 2018, both the Drink to the United Way and
Golf Tournaments raised around $225,000 with your help and generosity.

All Sponsorships are characterized as “donations” and will be passed through, at 100% of the donation, to United
Way of Greater Houston. Any donations through credit card payments will include additional processing fees for

securing a sponsorship at their annual Drink to United Way of Greater Houston and Golf Tournament events.

Drink to United Way of Greater Houston is the largest vendor/partner event hosted by Phillips 66 Midstream annually. The evening provides
an opportunity to shake hands with decision makers, share candid conversations about what new product and service offerings we can
provide, and hear about Phillips 66 Midstream upcoming projects. Many of our peers plan to attend, and I’ve attached a Sponsorship
Opportunity Guide so that you can see examples of past attendees.

Additionally, the Drink to United Way of Greater Houston event takes place the night before the Phillips 66 Golf Tournament which benefits
United Way. This gives us a chance to jump-start our conversations and brand visibility before others arrive the following day.

The Phillips 66 Golf Tournament is another great opportunity to network and increase brand visibility.

I’m currently working on ways to reduce expenses, including taking advantage of the hotel discount offered by Phillips 66, ride sharing and
scheduling meetings with our other clients while in town. I’d like to register and secure our spot as a Sponsor for both events by July 19,
2019. Last year, tickets to an exclusive 10-person pre-event roundtable with Midstream senior leadership sold out in 4 days.

I’ll submit a post-event report that will include an executive summary, conversation learnings and a set of recommendations to maximize our
relationship with Phillips 66.

ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us for the 5th Annual Drink to United Way of Greater Houston, an evening of cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the company of Phillips 66
Midstream Senior Leadership, Wednesday, October 16, 2019 from 6 - 8 PM at Hotel ZaZa in the Museum District in Houston, TX. All funds raised
during the evening will be donated to United Way of Greater Houston.

The event offers an opportunity for industry customers, counterparties, vendors and contractors to mingle with Phillips 66 Midstream Senior
Leadership. Learn about exciting projects on the horizon and get an opportunity to shake hands with several key decision-makers.

President’s Hour
The main event is preceded by the "Presidents' Hour". The Presidents' Hour (beginning at 5 pm) is an exclusive roundtable hour of candid discussion
with Andy Giffhorn (Vice President, Midstream, Commercial and Business Development), Todd Denton (General Manager, Midstream Operations),
Mark Hughes (Manager, Midstream Strategy and Planning), and Tim Roberts (Executive Vice President, Midstream). The Presidents' Hour is only

Logo and Brand Submission Deadline

Logos and any logo usage guidelines/brand standards must be received by September 9th, 2019 to guarantee
inclusion in print goods (any late sponsors may be listed on a paper insert). Logos will only be accepted if in .gif, .jpeg
or .eps file format. Logos must be provided on a white or transparent background.
