1 1. Lift LCD and disassemble FPCB Conn

1. Put the device in the chamber or hot plate 2
as following below heating condition Cover
- SOC 68%↓: 70℃/10~20min 2. Detach LCD Connector and disassemble
- SOC 68%↑: 60℃/10~20min LCD.
※ Please confirm the heating condition
released lastly, and follow it.

3 Separate the LCD connector from the PBA 4 Remove all residue.

5 Unscrew 10 points on the Rear 6 Disassemble Menu key FPCB and Touch
key FPCB from the Bracket.

1 1. Assemble Main PBA on Bracket

2 1. The earjack insert part from the Rear.
2. ssemble the earjack connector 2. Assemble Bracket on the Rear case.
3. Screw 1 point on the main PBA (Bottom → Left&Right → Top)
[torque : 1.1]

4 Attach OCTA form tape on the OCTA unit

3 screw 10 points on the Rear [torque : 1.25]
using OCTA form tape attaching JIG.

5 Remove all vinyl from Bracket, 6 Assemble SPK to the REAR.

Touch key and Front Camera and OCTA
outside.

- Time : 1minute
