to a depth sufficient to expose brick wall./ or by small chisel/ hammer not weighing
more than 1.5 Kg. over the entire repair The surface should be cleaned by a jet water
machine to remove laitance, dust, dirt and other debris. Store /collect the debris at
allocated place on Stilt duct portion and then cart it away outside the compound etc
complete to the satisfaction of the Developer.
Area of the plaster area broken shall be considered for the measurement purpose.

2 CLEANING REINFORCEMENT – Sft 470.750 8.000

REMOVE LOOSE RUST: By mechanical means like wire brushing, chipping,
hammering etc. Using cotton waste swab apply “FEVOT" of Krishna con chem
approved by consultant the rusted surface will turn from reddish brown to blackish
nonrusted colour. After 24 hours remove the free/ loose rust particles by simple
dusting with brush, etc.

3 RCC SEPARATION CRACK TREATMENT –

Opening the joint between RCC member & brick work wherever required, in required
thickness & depth, cleaning the joint with water, laying polymer modified mortar
Sft 97.647 164(Running metere)
(1:5:15) in that joint, finishing & curing complete so that there is no seepage of water
from outside walls.

4 STRUCTUAL REPAIR COLUMN, BEAMS, SLABS & R.C.C PARDI: Sft 2,743.165 100.000
CHEMICAL COATING TO STEEL:
Prepare lump free consistent slurry of 1 kg "IP Net RB" of Krishna Con Chem with
1.25 kg of cement. Do not add any water.
Apply the above slurry to the steel surface by a paint brush. Allow this coat to set for
24 hours and then apply similarly a second coat of the above slurry.
Allow this coat to set.
Prepare as much slurry as can be applied within 30 minutes.
BOND COAT:
Cleaning the surfaces, moistening and applying bonding coat slurry of "EL
MONOBOND" of Krishna Con Chem and cement in the ratio of 1:0.5 by weight.
POLYMER MODIFIED CEMENTITIOUS MORTAR (Avg. 15mm thick):
Hand pack polymer modified cementations mortar of 1 part by weight of
"MONOBOND" of Krishna con chem. 5 part by weight of cement 15 parts by weight
of sand within 15 minutes of application of bond coat I.e
(Wet on wet) as per specification, etc. complete.
Depth Up to lose concrete.

5 REINFORCEMENT:
Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding strengthening and
place in position and/or welding with the existing bars whenever necessary. Cold Kg 0.001 70.000
twisted CTD Bars.
6 MICRO CONCRETE:
Providing and placing in position micro concrete which shall be cement based single
component chloride free, non-shrink, free flow, self-compacting, ready to use after
Kg 0.001 90.000
mixing water in specified proportion as directed by of Consultants. [Payment under
this item shall be made only after been satisfactorily evaluation].
No extra payment shall be made for scaffolding and necessary formwork.

7 PLASTER WORK:
Providing and applying internal “smooth plaster” in one coat to the internal surface up
to an average thickness of 10 - 15 mm in exact line & level including making grooves Sft 12,565.259 44.000
wherever required.
Providing and applying single coat 10-15 mm thk internal plaster in CM 1:3,
65(external)
including finishing the surface fine with neeru punning completely for internal areas.
Including curing for minimum 7 days.
Apply cement & water mixture on brick surface before plaster follows same in second
coat also.
Including adding “super con 100” of Krishna con chem. 250 ml in one cement bag for
both coat of plaster.

8 CHAJJA WATER PROOFING :

Providing & Laying cement based brick bat waterproofing approximate 50mm thk
Chajja, in cement mortar 1:3 laid to slope & with proper junctions with walls,

including finishing smooth with false square curing completed. (Actual finished area
to be measured).

9 Scaffolding
Hiring of bamboo, erection & dismantling of Single/double bamboo scaffolding
(Without making holes in walls) . Rate is also includes cost of hiring of bamboos,
single 5rs ,double 8rs
coir complete as per instruction of Site-In-Charge. Material shall be taken back by
Contractor after work completion.

Note:
1) Rate for Flat repairing work is including scaffolding and laddar (if required)
2) Loose furniture of Flat owners shall be covered with plastic sheet or newspapers
3) Rate is also including shifting debris from inside site to outside site including
permissions and debris management plan.
