With reference to your above cited letter this is to inform that land acquisition in

Jharkhand portion and forest land clearance is to be done through WRD, Govt of Jharkahnd. All other

works are to be done by WAPCOS. In the above context, you are requested to assess and make

provisions for all necessary items in 7th RCE from your end itself in subhead 'A' preliminary as you

have done for Sub-head "C" works.
