The shopping center building is pre-planned as a merchandising unit for interplay among tenants. It has on-site parking as a common feature of the layout. The amount of parking space is directly related to the retail area. Customers like the shopping center's convenience. They drive in, park and walk to their destination in relative safety and speed. Some shopping centers provide weather protection, and most provide an atmosphere created for shopping comfort. For the customer, the shopping center has great appeal.

There are seven steps to building a shopping mall. Step 1. Location study:- Firstly choose the area for mall. According to me, if mall is in the city and near the market place that is more beneficial for any entrepreneur because people easy to get own necessities and if spouse people are free and feel bored then shopping fulfill their wants. Step 2. Raw material survey:- For mall’s raw material given below:- Land :- 2000 sq.ft Cement:- as per required. Bricks:- as per required. Outlook mirror :- as per required. Iron garder for lenter:- as per required. Plumbering :- as per required. Electronics:- as per required. Other equipment: as per required. Step 3. Demand study:- Now times to find out the needs of the consumer actually what they want presently and in the future for this I would like to conduct the primary survey. After conducting the survey we add that brand which preference is more. Step 4. Financing arrangement:- After that I will use the long term sources their necessary raw materials; take loan from bank for 2-3 years. and give the opportunity for peoples make a member of the company like as shares. Step 5. Staff and labour :- in this step we formulates the strategy of working manner . I’ll make a hierarchy like a project manager ,5 manager in the under of project manager, 5superviser in th under of each manager and workmen.

Step 6. Scheduling of feasibility report:- I will take one and half
years to two years to finish our project. I will check workmen’s speed every month. If project is not accurate speed then I will motivate to my sub- ordinates. Step 7. Evaluating project profitability:- this term help us to make a huge profits.
