ADMISSION OF FRESHMEN, SHIFTERS, AND TRANSFEREES For Academic Year 2017-2018
A. Schedule for Freshmen
April 3 -28, 2017 – Registration of Applicants for the Admission Test Bulacan State University (ATBulSU) No Registration fee Submit photocopy of Form 138 (The original should also be presented for verification) Grade Requirements A. For degree programs with Board/Licensure Examinations A grade of 85 and higher in all core subjects (English, Filipino, Mathematics & Science and Makabayan Subjects) B. For Other Degree Programs A grade of at least 83 in all core subjects and a grade- point average (GPA) of 83. C. For Two-Year Industrial Technology A grade-point average (GPA) of 80. Not all who registered are qualified to take the admission examination (ATBulSU) May 2, 2017 – Posting of qualifiers to take the ATBulSU May 3 – 12, 2017 – Application of those who are qualified to take the ATBulSU Application Fee – P300.00
B. Schedule for Shifters and Transferees
May 3 – 12, 2017 – Application for the ATBulSU Proceed to the Dean’s Office of the College where the course you want to take is offered. Present your credentials to the Dean: Photocopy of the Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certification of Grades (COG) for Evaluation. (Please bring original copies for verification) Proceed to the Admissions Office for the application to the ATBulSU. This is if you qualify as per recommendation of the Dean. Submit the required credentials. Pay the P300.00 application fee.
C. May 14, 2017 – Administration of the ATBulSU
Not all takers of ATBulSU are qualified for admission in the University The applicants’ credentials and the availability of facilities (mostly are under renovations) are to be taken into consideration for Admission.
Note: The required class size is 40-45 to offer the program.
