How to Stop Procrastinating

❏ Develop a vision/goal of what


you want your life to be.
❏ Break that vision/goal down
into smaller "micro processes"
that you can implement and
achieve.
❏ Truly value your vision/goal. The more valuable the
goal, the more rewarding the micro processes become.
❏ Make a schedule and stick to it.
❏ When scheduling, don’t tyrannize yourself. Negotiate
with yourself.
❏ Reward yourself for ‘work time’ by scheduling ‘leisure
time.’
❏ Don’t aim for perfection, instead, permit yourself to
become a little better each time.
❏ Know what your own time is worth per hour.
❏ Question: Would you have paid someone $50 for the
last hour you spent? Yes/No

you don’t just sit around sort of randomly in a state of
responsibility-less bliss. What you, do is you ​suffer
existentially​. That seems like a stupid solution”
