6. Electrical Installation will be started after item and site ready 100%.
7. Cable for power 3Phase 380V supplied by the BUYER directly to position of the crane power feed.
8. The price are including Test & Commissioning (exclude load weight).
9. Electricity consumption for the field work is borne by the BUYER.
10. Overhead Crane Units should not be used by User before the Handover performed after the Test & Commissioning.
11. Price are NOT include DEPNAKER Certification.
12. Term of Payment :
a. Payment I – Down Payment 50%
b. Payment II – Before Delivery 45%
c. Payment III – After Commissioning 5%
e. If the site are not ready for site works and the goods are ready for delivery, within 14 days of notification of goods ready to send, payment
before delivery must be paid by buyer.
f. And if 14 Days from payment before delivery (above) term the site still not ready or goods still can not be sent, then final payment must be
paid by buyer.
