First of all, let us say thanks to Allah SWT because with his mercy and graces we can gather
in this place that our love, and i get a chance to speak about industry revolution 4.0 and
public health.

Let me to introduce myself ; My name is Ismail Marzuki Lubis , i’m a public health student ,
and i came from institute of medistra lubuk pakam

Thankyou for the honorable judges, lecturer, participants and all the audiences, thankyou for
giving me time.

Ladies and Gantlemen....

As we all know , nowadays we are facing industy revolution, before that we must remember
about what happened in advanced.

Try to imagine ( all of you ) what your life would be like without any machines working for
you ? , make a list of the machines in your household and on your person; you may arrive at a
surprising number. Now imagine earlier generations during their childhood. How did they
move from place to place? How did they communicate? Whats food that they eat?. At one
time, humans, fueled by the animals and plants they ate and the wood they burned, or aided
by their domesticated animals, provided most of the energy in use.

In the era of industry revolution 4.0, technology existance is very needed for prevent and
decrease disease. One of dizitalization currently in trend is using mobile apps in smartphone,
the application has rich features that allow the patients or people to monitor their health own
a personal level.

Currently, the prevalence of communicable disease and non-communicable disease are equal
both are showing high prevalence or we called it double burden disease. Communicable
disease such as.

According to International Diabetes Federation, the estimate number of people with diabetes
in indonesia reached 10,3 million in 2017 ( wow that’s very suprising right ). This data
showed Indonesia are placed 6th largest diabetics. This projection is predicated up to 16,7
million in 2045 ( OMG it’s dangerous very very dangerous ). The risk factor for diabetic
person is genetic, lifestyle and abesity. Most of them having the same habbit such as
overeating, and consumed food with high amount of sugar. Lost of efforts prevent diabetes
mellitus, either conventionally method or digitizing technology.

Effort that can be made for limits diabetic person foods habits is making remainder system
apps, with this technology patient eating habit will be more organized and patient no need
doing unnecessary consultations with doctor, so treatment becomes more effective and
efficient in terms of cost.

So Ladies and Gentlemen..

this is one of the effects of 4.0 industrial revolution. Another example of the impact industry
revolution 4.0 on public health with SMS Gateway or Short Measeges Services Gateway for
outbreak information in a region and for mapping a disease using GIS ( Geograpic
Information System).

Therefore we are as a millenial generation, come on let’s prepare our self to looking forward
and prepare our skill.

So welcome to revolution industrial 4.0.
