1. Supported vendors? Nokia or Ericsson or both?

2. Which deployment types should be supported?

3. Any license check is needed for the module?
4. What is the delivery model and maintenance agreement?
4.1 How will the module be delivered? Bundled with EN package or separately?
4.2 The module may use some of the libraries and services from SDK. If these
services are modified in future, who will update this module? Nokia or TMO US?
5. What should be the Module name?
6. Is chapter 3.2 relevant for this feature? Since this chapter talks about
updating the other RET parameters based on National RFDS.

Maximum permissible number of times a b2Threshold2 parameter in a cell can be

modified by the SRVCC algorithm. If the number of modifications of a b2Threshold2
parameter exceeds this value, then the module will try to optimize b2Threshold1
parameter in the subsequent optimization cycles.

SRVCC module counts the number of times the b2Threshold2 parameter was optimized in
the cell. This count is persisted in Eden-Net cache. If the count exceeds
Maximum_B2T2_changes, then the module will try to optimize b2Threshold1 parameter
in the subsequent optimization cycles. The count persisted in Eden-Net cache will
be cleared after the expiration of Optimized_count_expiration.

1. the sql queries for identifying the RET sharing status is based on NetAct RC db
schema. I came to know, TMO will be migrating to AC-LTE soon. so this query should
be restructered for AC lite schema as well.
