1. Do you believe the Filipino women are now at par with Filipino men?

Ans: I do believe that Filipino women are at par with Filipino men because from time to time, Filipino
women have proven that they are also capable of doing things that men can do, in the workplace, in the
house, and even in doing heavy jobs, and in fact there are times that they can do more. Being a woman
doesn’t make you less of a person. I believe that we are all born equal. That’s why for me Filipino
women are at par with men.

2. What can Western women learn from Filipinas?

Ans: Filipinas are known for being conservative and hospitable women. Filipinas are respected, admired,
and loved by many especially by Western men because of these traits. As we can see, there a lot of
Filipinas that are getting married to Western men because Filipinas know how to make a long-lasting
relationship with their partners. For me, these are the things that Western women should learn from
Filipinas.

3. Speak for herself. What will be as a spokesperson for Mother Earth, what will be your message to
your generations?

Ans: if I will be the spokesperson for Mother Earth, I would like to say to my generation that we are the
only chance to save Mother Earth from destruction. We should unite in saving Mother Earth by planting
trees, stop using plastics, stop burning fossil fuel, stop the illegal logging and deforestation, and avoid
doing things that can cause pollution. For the past years up until now, We humans are the ones
destroying our own home. It’s high time for us to make a move or else, suffer from our own
wrongdoings.

4. What are the lessons one can learn from nature, state them according to your understanding!

Ans: In my own understanding, nature has taught me that saving earth is our utmost obligation. We are
now facing serious problems—global warning, climate change, pollution, and shortage of resources.
That’s why we should act now and unite in saving the earth before it is too late. Let’s plant trees, use
biodegradable resources instead of plastics, and avoid making things that can cause pollution. Because
at the end of the day, Mother earth will haunt us back from the harmful things that we’ve done.

5. What are the changes you’ve noticed in the world with focus on values, environment, and health?

Ans: There a lot of changes I noticed growing up. The people that used to be respectful and God-fearing
are now perpetrators of heinous crimes. The places used to be covered with trees are now concrete
roads and buildings. And as time goes by, we are getting prone to different diseases. But even if we are
facing these kinds of problems, I still believe that there is still hope for each and every one of us to
change and bring back the happy, healthy, and loving world we used to have.

6. If truly humans are intelligent and not simply controlled by their genes like most other animals,
why can’t they do anything about overpopulation?

Ans: We have in us humans a complex set of principles and beliefs that are sometimes impractical and
unrealistic. Overpopulation is a real-world problem, but because of our beliefs and principles that may
run counter to solving overpopulation, we choose to forego finding solutions and remain satisfied with
the status quo. Until perhaps when we get to that point wherein overpopulation will cause so much
hunger and other problems that we seriously think of solving it. Humans are sometimes blinded by
personal beliefs and are less pragmatic and realistic. But if we want to remedy problems like
overpopulation, we have to address it head on, without factoring in our individual beliefs and religious
principles that run counter to reality.

7 If you were to put a tagline for Cebu, what would it be?

Ans: if I were to make a tag line for Cebu, it would be Cebu Island of opportunity. Because for me it
represent the building of infrastructure, limitless opportunity for local people and the booming of
tourism in Cebu. It gives opportunity to all Cebuano’s and at the same time it maintain its natural
resources.

8. If you will describe Cebu in one word, what would it be?

Ans: if I will describe Cebu in one word, I will choose the word Courageous because Cebuano’s are
known for being brave and willingness to fight for their rights just like what lapu lapu and all other
Cebuano heroes have done for our country

9. Describe Cebu in one song.

Ans: if I will describe Cebu in one song, it would be the Paglaom by Vina Morales. It represents the
resilience, hope, and faith of the Cebuano’s despite of the hardships, trials, and problem they are facing
in everyday living. And because of that Cebuano’s are considered as one of the livable and best place in
the Philippines

10. What is the main reason of our environment deterioration?

Ans: for me one of the roots on why our environment is deteriorating is the deforestation. Trees play a
very important role in our environment, because it gives us oxygen, restore carbon, stabilize the soil and
give life to the world’s wildlife. But we humans are sacrificing trees by cutting it for building
infrastructure, roads, and houses. Now we are facing global warming, climate change, and lack of
resources. But if we unite and stop this activity and plant more trees instead then we can restore the life
and balance of our environment.

11. For people living in slum and dirty neighborhood, what can you do to help them have a safe health
if you emerge as the winner?

Ans: I can help them to have a safe health by educating them how to live like one. Because I can’t do
anything to help them if they will not help themselves. So I would like to raise a seminar and community
service that will give them idea and input on ways how to be safe and healthy so by the time pass by
they can do it by their own. Thank you.

12. What’s your side on legalizing divorce?

Ans: for me I would side on legalizing divorce because it would be a big help for those couples especially
for girls who are living in a toxic relationship. A relationship were they get beaten, underestimated, and
treat lowly by their partners. However if there’s are chance to talk to it by counseling or therapy,
government should prioritize it so it wouldn’t affect the marriage especially for those who has children.

13. What’s your side on legalizing same sex marriage?

Ans: legalizing same sex marriage is okay for me because all of us have equal rights. If this happens then
the third gender will have an equal rights as to the married couples like having insurance,
hospitalization, and in traveling. And it’s okay for me because aside from having advantage in law, love
is not about gender but it is about the love of 2 being and the connection 2 souls.

14. In what ways are you trying to help reduce the environmental issues in your local communities?

Ans: I can help in reducing environmental issues in my local community by organizing seminar in raising
awareness to mitigate the impact of environmental issues my community is facing for example the
segregation of garbage, planting trees, and stop using the single use plastics. In this way we can prevent
the effect of the issues that destroys our environment.
