CAREER OBJECTIVE:

To engage in a conscientious career oriented assignment in the field of Human Resource Management .To
carve a niche for myself in the industry by working in a challenging environment where my knowledge and

Organizational Profile – Ruah Revival Ministries is a Christian organization situated at kodambakkam


were 1500 people are gathered every Sunday for worship service and they conduct special prayer meetings
and many crusades.

Specific Assignment – My main role in the organization is to organize the prayer meetings regularly

Designation – HR Assistant

Organizational Profile – Apollo Hospitals, Apollo Hospitals is one of Asia’s largest healthcare groups a
premier Health care groups with Head quarters in Chennai Established in 1983. With over 8500 beds
across 53 hospitals, and a significant presence at every touch-point of the medical value chain.

Specific Assignment – My main role in the organization is to Assist the HR Head to set up the HR

( Human Resource Activities )

a) Assisting Recruitment strategy , to ensure profitability and growth on constant basis .


b) Assisting the structure of HR activities for staffing operations .
c) Learning and Implementation of the various Acts ( Statutory compliances ) with Legal aide in the
organisation , to turn it into 100% legally complied .

( HR Operational Activities )

a) HRIMS – Employee Data Sheet , Addition Deletion Up gradation format and Staffer Revenue
Format .
b) Data Base Management for Manpower Requirement .
c) Payroll Processing , Salary Invoicing and Reimbursement Invoicing .

to the NGO’s which is Legally approved by the Government of India, to do social service.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

a) Assisting the founder in all areas .


b) Initial screening up and Interview scheduling with concerned Ngo’s. .
c) Explaining the terms & Conditions of the federation to the Ngo’s.
d) Joining formalities ( reference & verification check )
