Jorge Acosta– former member of the United

States National Team in 1992-1993. He has played
professional soccer with the NY/NY Metro Stars
and Dallas Sidekicks of the MLS and the NY
Fever of the USISL and in the first division league
in Colombia, South America. He is a USSF “A”
license coach, and a member of the NJ All Centu- And
ry Team. Currently, he is the Coaches Director for H.S.A.

Growing up he would play soccer anywhere and at
everywhere even when he did not always have the
Wag Field
proper equipment. He often played with a ball
made from rags. Jorge did not forget his roots.
This is what inspired him to start Jorge Acosta July 29-August 2, 2019
Foundation. The foundation is dedicated of
collecting lightly used soccer equipment and Session 1- 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
bringing it to children of Jorge’s native country of Ages 4 to 6 yrs. old
Colombia. The children who receive equipment Cost: $70 per player
from Jorge often cannot afford to buy the basic
gear needed to safely play their favorite sport. By Session 2- 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

ACADEMY PHILOSOPHY……
M a i n I n s i de H ea d i n g
We are a soccer player's camp that
focuses, on the skills, imagination, style
and flair the individual bring to the
game. Soccer is a player's game where
each player should have the freedom to
use their imagination and make
decisions. Creative soccer is what we
introduce to each one of our campers by
emphasizing technique and freedom of
play.
Our professional staff of coaches
and trainers will give guidance; instruc-
tions and demonstration that will help
you build a foundation towards being a
more creative and complete player. De-
pending on abilities, we will enhance
your skills at appropriate level and put
you in situations where you have the
freedom to explore and create. All
campers will be evaluated and placed
with players of their skills level, re-
gardless of age.
We pride ourselves on challenging each
one of our campers to be the best they
possibly can be. So let’s broaden our
play, add another dimension to our
game, and let our imagination flow.

I hereby authorized the staff of the Jorge Acosta
Soccer Camp to act for me according to their best
judgment in any emergency requiring medical
attention for my child. I hereby waiver and release
the camp from any and all liability for any injuries
and illness incurred while in camp. I will be re-
sponsible for any and all cost of medical attention
and treatment. I hereby warrant that my child is in
good physical condition and is capable of partici-
pating in this program. I also understand that pic-
tures taken at camp may be used in any promotion-
al material.
