INFORMATION

The undersigned Prosecutor II of the City of Cebu accuses NOEL

BACUSMO, a resident of 287-I Pelaez St., Cebu City for the crime of RAPE,
defined and penalized under Art. 266-A, par. 1(a) and par. 2, of the Revised
Penal Code, as amended, committed as follows:

That on the 1st day of July, 2019 at around 10 o’clock in the

evening, in the City of Cebu, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the said accused, with the use of force, threat or
intimidation upon the person of Rose Baliwit, with deliberate intent, did then
and there willfully and unlawfully have carnal knowledge with her, without
her consent and against the latter’s will, by inserting his penis into the
complainant’s vagina and anal orifice and inserting an object into the
complainant’s anal orifice.
