PREFACE

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Almighty God for


showering me with good health and the source of wisdom and knowledge and also
to put my priorities right to accomplish this paper in the allocated time. Next, my
acknowledgment toward the Medical Faculty of Udayana, Denpasar for providing
me the opportunity to expand my studying scope and increase my interest into my
chosen topic of elective study, Neuropathic Pain in Chronic Kidney Disease. My
utmost gratitude will be for Dr.Ida Ayu Sri Wijayanti,M.Biomed.,Sp.S and
