The Society of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Students (SONAMES) – Research Team is a
branch of the Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in the University of Cebu –
Main Campus. The Research Team works together in a committed way towards a common research
goal. The Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering aims to produce students who can build seaworthy
vessels once they are on the field. This program serves as a stepping stone for students who have great
minds and ideas to showcase and develop their ability. We would like to ask from your good office a
budget for our activities this year, attached thereafter, the budget proposal for each activity.
