NOTICE FOR FILLING ONLINE ANTI-RAGGING AFFIDAVIT

This is hereby informed to all the students of BE 2nd year, 3rd year & 4th year that the
UGC/AICTE/RGPV has notified the online submission of Anti-Ragging Affidavit,
mandatory for all the students.

The students are required to follow the procedure given below:

Step I. Student must logon on to www.amanmovement.org.

Step II. Click on Online Undertaking (Affidavit) Button.

Step III. Student is required to fill all the Personal details (1/5) in the window as shown
below.

Step IV. Click on Next Button to fill the Parent/Guardian details (2/5) in the window as
shown below.
Step IV. Click on Next Button to fill the College details (3/5) in the window as shown
below.

Step V. Click on Next Button to fill the Course details (4/5) in the window as shown
below.
Step VI. Click on Next Button to confirm UGC Regulations/Undertaking Affidavit (5/5) by
clicking all the checkboxes in the window as shown below.

Step VII. Click on Submit form button and the window for confidential survey will be
displayed. The student is strictly required to fill the detail of confidential survey as shown
below.
Step VIII. Click on Submit Survey. The reference number of application will be
generated in the small window as shown below.

Step IX. The student will receive the 6 attachments through E-mail either in inbox or in
spam/junk folder.

File 1: Confirmation of Participation in Confidential Survey.

File 2: Summary of UGC Regulation on Anti-Ragging.
File 3: Parent /Guardian Affidavit
File 4: Summary of the Judgment of the Hon. Supreme Court on prevention of Ragging.
File 5: Student Affidavit.
File 6: Amanmovement Mpeg File.
Step X. Take the print-out of File 3 and File 5 of Parent/Guardian and Student
Affidavits.
Step X. Students are strictly instructed to bring the complete and signed copy of student
affidavit, Parent/Guardian Affidavits and submit these affidavits to respective TG at the
time of registration, positively. The students, failing to submit these documents will not
be allowed for registration on any grounds.
