FACILITY: Little Hands Daycare, Inc. 1695 Butler Mill Road Bladenboro, NC 28320 TD# 09000108 ‘The Division of Child Development and Early Education in the Department of Health and Human Services hereby issues a WRITTEN WARNING to Little Hands Daycare, Inc., Operator of the above named facility. Authority to take this action is provided by North Carolina General Statutes 110-98 and 110-102.2(1) and Child Care Rule 10A NCAC 09 2203. Further noncompliance with child care requirements as related to this Notice may result in a more stringent administrative action, up to and including revocation of the license. Thirty-three (33) violations of child care requirements were observed and documented regarding general safety, criminal backgrounds checks, in-service training, program records, equipment, staff qualifications, staff records, and children’s records. A complete list of violations of child care requirements is attached and incorporated by reference in this Notice.
