Greetings!

With our continuous commitment to provide the best service we possibly can, we are pleased
to inform you that starting 24 Aug 2017, you may settle your subscription orders to the following
ATRAM Mutual Funds through BDO Bills Payment via BDO Online:

This new payment facility will help you settle your subscription orders more conveniently. All
you need to do is to enroll your BDO account. Please refer to the attached guidelines on how
to enroll accounts and settle thru Bills Payment.

For those that are not enrolled in personal online banking, settlement of subscription orders
can still be made thru bank deposits. However, BDO will not accept cash and check deposits
without a valid reference code starting 15 Sep 2017. Reference code pertains to your 10 digit
Account Number with ATRAM.

Please Note:
1. The investor should still submit a copy of the Investment Application Form (IAF) to ATRAM.
2. Applications received before 3:15 PM on a banking day, if accepted, will be processed on that same banking
day. Applications received after 3:15 PM will be processed the following banking day.
3. All investments made will be net of applicable fees and charges. The minimum additional investment
amount is PHP 1,000.00 exclusive of sales charges and VAT.

BILLS PAYMENT via Personal Online Banking
1. Go to https://online.bdo.com.ph.
2. Login to your BDO Online Banking account.
3. On the left menu bar, click on the following: Enrollment
Services > Company / Biller > Enroll
4. Fill out the Enrolment Details. Choose biller name, enter
the Subscriber Number and Subscriber Name. Input
your preferred Nickame then click Submit. Tick
Automated Teller Machine if you wish to pay the biller
through ATM.
5. Fill out the Payment Details. Choose the funding /
source account. Select biller and indicate the Amount
and Remarks, then click Submit.
6. Click OK when the confirmation dialogue box appears
Cut-off time for electronic channels : 10 PM

BILLS PAYMENT via Over the counter payments

1. Payor goes to any BDO Branch to make a bills payment transaction
2. The following are the acceptable modes of payment:
• Cash
• Check
Must be drawn in favor of the biller’s authorized payee name only
Local and regional clearing checks Cashier’s or manager’s check
3. A bills payment slip is required for over-the-counter bills payment
transactions
OTC bills payment follows branch cut-off times for check clearing.
Valid reference number / subscriber’s account number is mandatory .
The teller will not accept payments without this information

Deposit Reference Facility Payor Processing

1. Payor goes to any BDO Branch to make a deposit
Valid payment reference number / subscriber’s account number and
Payor’s name is mandatory . The teller will not accept payments
without this information.
