sports meet from 19-11-2010 to 20-11-2010 in the University Campus. Kindly confirm
your entries latest by 10th November 2010 for the following events mentioned below:

Rules and Regulations for Sports Tournament

1. Participation in proper kit is compulsory for each event like Football, Basketball,
Volleyball, Badminton, etc.

• Jersey with number

• Shorts, Stockings
• Shin Guard
• Studs (Football Shoes/Sports Shoes)

2. Teams should report to the officials before 15 minutes of kickoff, otherwise

walkover would be given to the opposite team.

3. In case of any doubt in respect of originality of players of other team, complaint

can be made with Fee of Rs. 2000/- as protest fee and decision depends on judges
after the match.

4. I-Card of the institute/college is obligatory; otherwise player may be restricted to

participate.

5. March-past on the opening day is compulsory for each and every participating
team with their institution flag and team coordinator/representative who will be
responsible for the discipline of the team.

6. No ornaments are allowed while playing.

7. Nails should be cut properly.

8. In case of any infringement, referee’s decision will be final.
