RE: UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWAL.

We write on behalf of LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (“Landbank”) regarding an incident last
July 25, 2018, 12:26 AM where you attempted and successfully withdrawn the amount of FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 50,000.00) from the Landbank Tayuman Branch ATM machine.

Our records disclose that your withdrawal was not debited to your ATM Payroll account. Despite
repeated efforts of our Branch Manager, Ms. Mary Grace P. Petallano, to inform you of the incident by
showing you CCTV footages and reports of your withdrawal from Tayuman branch, you refused and
continuously deny to return the aforesaid amount or allow the debiting of the amount to your account.

Consider this, then your Final Notice of Demand to pay or return to Landbank or any of its branches the
amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 50,000.00) within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof. Upon
failure to effect payment accordingly, we shall be constrained to proceed with the filing of appropriate
actions against you. In such event, we shall also hold you liable for the payment of interest and expenses
of collection and litigation.

We strongly urge you to give this matter your preferential attention to avoid the inconvenience attendant
court proceedings.
