diffference between ASTMA435 and ASTM A578

Hi
I would like to know what is a difference between ASTM A435 and ASTM A578?.I am reviewing an pressure vessel spec and i should decide to
choose one of this standards to notify.

Just to start you off in your standards selection review exercise: A435 is for steel plate and A578 is for alloy clad steel plate.

A578 is not only applicable to alloy clad plate but can also be applied to "normal" plate. A578 has 3 different acceptance levels (A, B, C). The
allowable size of discontinuities for Level A is comparable to the acceptance level of A435. Level B is slighly more severe, Level C is much more
severe.
ASME VIII Division 2 edition 2007 par. 3.3.3 requires ASTM A578 Level B for plate thicknesses >= 50mm.
