License agreement
This End User License Agreement accompanies the bitRipper product and related ex
planatory materials ("Software"). The term "Software" also shall include any upg
rades, modified versions or updates of the Software licensed to you by Binotex.c
om. Please read this Agreement carefully. At the end, you will be asked to accep
t this agreement and continue to install or, if you do not wish to accept this A
greement, to decline this agreement, in which case you will not be able to use t
he Software. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, we grant to you a nonexclus
ive license to use the Software, provided that you agree to the following:
1. Use of the Software
You may install the Software on a hard disk or other storage device and make bac
kup copies of the Software.
bitRipper can be re-distributed on internet, CD-ROM or anything, freely as long
as NO FEE is charged and all the files remain INTACT AND UNMODIFIED.
For personal use ONLY.
2. Copyright and Trademark Rights
The Software is owned by Binotex.com, and its structure, organization and code a
re the valuable trade secrets of Binotex.com. The Software also is protected by
Internetional Copyright Law. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual
property rights in the Software.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or othe
rwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. You are not allowed t
o sell, re-sell, rent or lease bitRipper, any portions of it without written pe
rmission from the Author.
4. Termination
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate
this End-User License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and condit
ions of this End-User License Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all cop
ies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
5. No Warranty
The Software is being delivered to you AS IS and the author makes no warranty as
to its use or performance. BINOTEX.COM DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMA
NCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION. BINOTEX.CO
M MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY
RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT BINO
TEX.COM BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, I
NCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. T
he entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE remains with yo
u. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of inci
dental, consequential or special damages, or the exclusion of implied warranties
or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last. IN SUCH EVENT YOU MUST
NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Binotex.com is under no obligation to maintai
n, support or update bitRipper in any way, or to provide updates or error correc
tions.
