Strategic portfolio:
A series of own project activities are undertaken, which allowed to build and

Strategic portfolio:
You have to provide outline proposal that is eagerly awaited new instruction for specific
engineering production or service. It should be included six constraints such as scope,
schedule, budget, resource, risk and quality. These are essential requirements for
successful managing and overcome challenges. Moreover, you need to consider SWOT
analysis and ethical issue that impact of engineering activates and understand limitations
when problems faced. You might use a range of method for agreement that how you

7. Performance measures
Project delivery plan should be contained total quality management (TQM). New product or
delivery plan are developed by strategy of QC- QA- QMS to support. Risk assessments are

meet customer satisfaction for change management plan if necessary.
Presentation:
