program. According to build up the program, a local company are needed to construct
engineering service/s delivery plan for the engineering business environment. You are as a
project manager to design, develop, manufacture, construct, operate and maintain the
physical infrastructure in this program. You are responsible for delivering the project to the
successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a
project. It should be included the coordination and completion of projects on time within
budget and scope. You have the authority to achieve the project objective that may require
application of processes, methods, knowledge, skills and experience. You have to complete
typically reports to a manager or head of department about your chosen specialist topic
area of investigation.

Strategic portfolio:
You have to provide outline proposal that is eagerly awaited new instruction for specific
engineering production or service. It should be included six constraints such as scope,
schedule, budget, resource, risk and quality. These are essential requirements for
successful managing and overcome challenges. Moreover, you need to consider SWOT
analysis and ethical issue that impact of engineering activates and understand limitations
when problems faced. You might use a range of method for agreement that how you
engage to stakeholders buy-in before delivery plan. Explain benefit of value analysis.

Project proposal with delivery plan:
You need to explain how the project to be delivered. During the construction, necessary
resources are carried out by MS project software. It is appropriate for following detail
information to be completed. All the activities are linked with Gantt chart, bar graph,
estimate cost, network diagram and project over view report.

1. A detailed task breakdown

2. Challenges: both planned and unforeseen

3. Assessment and feasibility studies (links to risk evaluation)

4. Responsibility for completion

5. External & internal pressures: costs, impact on other services/ users

6. Impact on stakeholders if not undertaken

7. Performance measures

8. Project team management strategies and considerations

9. Start date/time of individual task and project

10.Finish date/ time of individual task and project

Project delivery plan should be contained total quality management (TQM). New product or
delivery plan are developed by strategy of QC- QA- QMS to support. Risk assessments are
required for quality. Obtain information form relevant resources are collected details to
meet customer satisfaction for change management plan if necessary.

Presentation:

You are required to deliver effective presentation that included communication skill, leader
ship style and team performance to audience. Describe the way of managing people that is
one of the techniques for listening and negotiation skills of communication. Evaluate how to
select right methods during implementation and monitoring. Produce the importance of
organisational development plan by keeping up to date of attitude, professional behaviour,
social responsibility, people habits and competence person to become professionalism.
Suggestion for continuing professional development (CPD).
