Please note: Emergency shelters welcome all eligible people during emergency weather conditions including former
residents under suspension for behavioral or programmatic reasons. Exceptions may include individuals suspended for
violence and decisions will be made case by case but providers and OHPI will collaborate to ensure emergency shelter is
available for anyone in need.

youth ages 18-24 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm – Monday through Friday.
Services offered: Cooling station including water for those 17 years of age and under.
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Transportation
HopeMobile Services Offered: Transportation to emergency shelters, cooling stations, provides
859-252-7881 blankets, food, water and other materials. Operates Monday through Friday during
the day.
Street Outreach Services Offered: Transportation to emergency shelter, cooling station, provides
859-475-7173 blankets, food, water and other materials. Operates Monday through Friday
8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Compassionate Caravan Services Offered: Transportation to emergency shelter, cooling station, provides
Operates as needed blankets, food, water and other materials. Operates as needed for cold extreme
weather, for hot extreme weather operates Saturday and Sunday. Operated by
Catholic Action Center.
Lextran Services Offered: Free rides to shelters and cooling stations. NOTE: This is only for
