RESUMEN
The present study study aims to reduce the difference in inventories that
has in terms of inputs and packaging materials and packaging company
Ingredion Peru.
Analysis, diagnosis and improvement proposals developed to achieve
better numbers on which we currently have in inventory differences also
improve efficiency in managing supply of equipment and materials.
In the analysis of inventory difference , it has been identified as key
stakeholders to improve the management of supply of materials and inputs
, three areas which are Planning, Production and Logistics , those involved
with different tools of Lean Manufacturing to be applied in the different
processes in this way reaching the same objective, which is reducing
inventory difference .
To reduce the impact we are having with these differences in high
inventory, tools will be used 5S, Just in Time and Value Stream Mapping
(VSM). Each one of these tools together, achieves a reduction of more
than 50 % of inventary differences compared to the differences obtained
the last two years (2014-2015). This brings a reduction in costs, time and
resources, also improves management control and use of inputs and
packaging materials and packaging, and eliminates useless processes.
It increases employee participation by involving them in the
implementation of these programs, in addition to acquiring a sense of
belonging, a greater appreciation for the impact of its work on business
results.

1.3. DIAGNOSTICO
1.4. PRONOSTICO
producto.

3. JIT( Just in Time) a filosofía que define la forma en que debería optimizarse
un sistema de producción
