Subject: Consent of Revenue Department for making in-charge of some vacant land
acquisition offices for already existing land acquisition sub divisions

Reference 1. Chief Minister note dated 06.07.2018

2. Your office unofficial note No.PWD 162 CNH 2018, dated 04.07.2018

With reference to above subject the Revenue Department given consent for
KPWD to submit proposal to Central Government to make in-charge arrangement from
the following
Assistant Commissioner of respective sub-divisions to take over the charge of the post
of vacant Special Land Acquisition Officers by notifying in Central Government gazette
regarding their area of work as per Clause 3A of NH act 1956.

2. Consent given for appointing Sub Divisional Officers as special land acquisition
officers
