Based on your performance in the DAT (Prelims) & DAT (Mains) and on securing a rank in the merit list,
the National Institute of Design, Jorhat, Assam is pleased to grant you a provisional offer of admission
in the four years GDPD Program for the Academic Year 2019-20 subject to successful verification of
documents.

You are required to send your documents by email to admission@nidj.ac.in latest by 4th July 2019.

DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST:

Scanned copy (in colour) of the ORIGINAL documents to be uploaded in a one single PDF file for the
purpose of verification.

 Any one valid photo identity (Aadhar Card, Election ID, Driving License, PAN Card/Passport)
 Birth Certificate/School Leaving Certificate
 10th Mark-sheet
 12th Mark-sheet
 OBC-NCL/SC/ST Certificate if applicable
 PwD Certificate if applicable
 Passport if applied under Supernumerary category

Your admission will be confirmed only after physical verification of documents submitted by you by email
against their originals. Candidates are required to bring original of all the documents as mentioned above
along with one set of photocopy and four recent passport size photographs at the time of admission as
per the schedule mentioned in this email.

Also you have to make a payment of INR 50,000/- as part payment towards fees for the confirmation of
your seat. This amount is NON REFUNDABLE.

Orientation Program:

Candidates will have to report to the Jorhat campus & complete the process of admission (payment of
remaining fees) and occupying the hostel room on 24th & 25th July 2019.

Orientation program for new entrants is scheduled on 26th July 2019.

The Academic session 2019-20 at NID, Jorhat commences on 29th July 2019.

Fee Schedule:

Tuition Fees: Rs. 1,75,000/- per year

Security Deposit : Rs. 10,000/-

Hostel: Rs. 4,800/- per month*

Mess: Rs. 6,000/- per month*
