First school year, the learners should cover the General

Education; Second year is the Major Education; Third year, Professional
Education and Fourth year is the Field-Based Experience/Practicum.
 Tinambac Special Education (TSEI) is a private school that will be located in a
well- populated residential in Sta. Cruz Tinambac Camarines Sur, Philippines. We are a
standard private school that is specialized the area of Special Education with the
Three(3) Programs Offered: 1.Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Special Education
2.Bachelor of Science in Elementary Special Education 3.Bachelor of Science in Special
Education, that will predominantly funded through tuition fee.

TSEI is a private school that provides broad-based learning approaches and

experience at an affordable fee because we concerned about money matters. We will
offer standard and professional teaching services in a highly secured and conducive
learning environment to the learners.

At TSEI our students overall best interest would always come first and everything
we do is guided by our values and professional ethics. We will ensure that we hire
professional educationist and passionate in impairing knowledge to students at various
learning ladder.

We will cultivate a working environment that provides a human, sustainable

approach to earning a living and living in our world, for our partners, employees and for
our students.

TSEI is going to offer varieties of special educational services within the

Tinambac where no competition of the same school and program arouse. Our intention
of starting our private school to soundly educate people, help and prepare them to the
profession they want to be and this profession will contribute a very big part in the
equity of education and touch the lives of the person with special needs.

It is known fact that, the success of any business is to a larger extent dependent
on the business structure of the organization and the people who occupy the available
roles in the organization. Tinambac Special Education Institute (TSEI) will build a solid
business structure that can support our growth of our private school.

We will ensure that we hire competent hands (teaching and non-teaching staff
members) to help us build our private school of our dream. The fact that we want to
become the leading private school for Special Education not only in Tinambac but
throughout the Bicol Region. We will work hard to ensure that we only attract people
