Training & Development:


 Implementation of HR Policies/ Practices and Systems.
 Organizing training programs to all new recruits and existing employee to explain benefits, guidelines and procedure
 Counseling of employees on Absenteeism, Indiscipline and Efficiency Improvement.

Employee Relations
• Organizing Induction Program for new joiners by designing the induction module.
• Executing the joining formalities and issuing of Letters (confirmation, relieving etc.) to the employees.
• New Employee Announcement by email to all employees. (Personnel Announcement Draft )

Performance Management:
• Managing the evaluation of performance ratings and assisting the management to decide the review percentages,
increments etc.
• Coordinating with seniors in performance appraisal and review cycle.
• Ensuring timely release of letters announcing the growth of employees.

Attrition and Retention process: -


 Work on attrition analysis & publish the monthly dashboard report to BU.
 Proactively highlights the attrition trends to BU leadership and work with BU to arrest the attrition.

Analytics
• Prepare Dashboards for strategy and product development as required by management.
• Publish state wise manpower allocation status
• Optimized data collection procedures and generate reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Follow up through Dashboard for Goal Setting and get the same completed in timeline.

Operations:
• Handling HR operations centrally for more than 12000+ employees.
• Connecting bridge between HR Business Partners and vendor, conducting operation throughout employee life cycle.
• Time Module - Work Schedule and Attendance/Leave applications work flow management.
• Handling and resolving queries of Reporting Matrix, employee counseling, grievances & disciplinary issues
• Maintaining work force database, keeping a check on the number of new entrants and exits in each department on a
