1. Mr. More shwar Chintaman Sor

Mr. Moreshwar Chintaman Sor is of 47 years of age. He resides at Plot No. 473, Tiranga
Chowk, Nehru Nagar, Nagpur.

He is a B.com graduate from Dhanwate National College. He has a vast experience of


nearly three decades in the field of real estate and construction. He has undertaken
various residential projects providing quality products to consumers. He is an eminent
individual in Nagpur’s real estate sector.

Mr. Sor is associated with the M/s Mahalaxmi Builders & Developers since its inception as
a Partner as well as Authorized Signatory. He looks after the overall execution of the
projects.

He is also a director in Mahalaxmi Home Make Private Ltd and Vishnu Gupt Constructions.
He has successfully completed two other projects in Besa (Location of the said project)
leading to goodwill in the market.

2. Mr. Sunanda Ganesh Ambone

Mrs. Sunanda Ganesh Ambone is of 44 years of age. she resides at Plot No. 3, Patel Nagar
Parsodi, Nagpur. she is a commerce graduate from Nagpur university. Along with the other
partners she has completed various projects. And she is associated with M/s Mahalaxmi
builders since its inception.
