Finitiatives Learning India Pvt. Ltd (F.L.I.P) is a senior IIM alumni initiative. We offer India’s largest range
of e-learning and certifications in banking & finance. Our certification endorsing partners include leading
banks and financial institutions. We have collaborated with the National Stock Exchange to offer three
unique FLIP-NCFM certifications as well.
Our e-learning was awarded World Top Four at the 2010 Global Giveback e-learning contest. Our e-
learning approach is unique – MBAs in Finance design the modules, which are written by senior
banking professionals. Our current product development team consists of highly skilled Content Design
Experts, from the top 30 b-schools in India: 7 from the 2009 batch and 4 from the 2010 batch.
With an amazing work culture and a strongly bonded team, we have zero percent attrition to
date! And all this, as a start-up: we are 18 months old.
We are looking to expand our team of Content Design Experts, who will develop the e-learning
modules and graduate to general management profiles.
Role Description:
You will enter as a Content Design Expert (CDE). After rigorous training, you will start off in product
development for the first 6-8 months. You will then also participate in parallel assignments in various
functions within the company, as part of your MT stint. At the end of 18 months we expect you to take
up independent general management responsibilities within the company across any function or division.
This role fit will be according to your interest & skill set and company requirements.
9 MBAs who have taken at least 3 courses in Finance in the 2nd year.
9 A good academic record (at least 60% throughout)
9 Creative and innovative
9 High level of motivation and an urge to take on greater responsibility
9 Not afraid of getting his/her hands dirty or stretching to meet deadlines

9 Good English language skills (written and spoken)
9 Re-locate to Mysore with a MINIMUM 2 year commitment – this is your internal commitment.
We do not ask for a bond.
