JOB TITLE Associate Process Consultant

REPORTS TO Manager

JOB PURPOSE Provides administrative support to business operations by performing complex


processing tasks which required research and Analysis. The tasks performed by these
set of people usually does not have any specific documentation and are usually ad-hoc
in nature. Coordinating with US/India (Shared Service/Client Aligned) teams and make
sure that the tasks are completed. Performance upbringing for the aligned resources
and shared service team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES May perform one or more of the following:

1. Process Management:
• Complete Client process ownership.
• Design and maintain processing calendar
• Monitor day-day work for the clients irrespective of the teams and
location (within India)
• Perform BA activities for the clients aligned.
• Co-ordinate with Team Leaders to make sure that the processing under
shared service team is up to date and no SLA misses.
• Make sure that the processes completed by shared service team are
QAed and appropriate feedbacks are provided for misses.
• Provide process performance feedback to the TL’s of the shared
service teams and discuss the improvement areas.
• Automation, Process Improvements.
• Transition (US – India) (Client aligned – Shared Service Team)

2. People Management:
• Groom/Train Sr. Analyst/Analysts on various BA related activities
across various processes.
• Performance Appraisals
• Provide people performance feedback to the TL’s of the processing
teams and discuss the improvement areas.
• Take care of Administrative activities for the team directly aligned

3. Client management:
• First POC for US team (LSG/SBU) for the client(s) aligned.
• Interact with US team on a frequent basis for transition, feedback,
change work, process management, improvement areas etc.

4. Vendor Management:
• Interact with vendor for escalation management, error management,
OE prep work and OE file management.

All other tasks as assigned.

Job Description

REQUIREMENT  Any graduate with 6-87 years of relevant experience.


(Experience, Qualification,  Good written & spoken English.
Knowledge & Skills)  Good Interpersonal Skill
 Good knowledge of MS Office tools & Databases. Should be able to create medium
complex SQL queries.
 Excellent understanding of domain or required process.
 Should possess very good analytical skills.
 Should be able to visualize end – end.

Minimal/no supervision required. Should know the work to be completed for the aligned
SUPERVISION client and get it completed by self/aligned team members/shared service team (IN/US),
