A worksheet must be submitted to EarthCraft Virginia for each project to be certified. An EarthCraft Multifamily certification requires 200 points. In
addition to having a completed worksheet, each project must also have an initial development charette with EarthCraft representatives, appropriate
documentation, including ENERGY STAR Certification if eligible or commissioned energy modeling showing performance at least 15% better than IEEC
2004 and a Final Inspection by an EarthCraft Technical Assistant Provider/Inspector. Any appropirate practices contributing to EarthCraft and ENERGY
STAR certification will be incorporated into non-residential project buildings (e.g. clubhouse).
